This article or writing aims to determine the output of employee productivity by analyzing double jobs and work discipline among PT Bumi Lingga Pertiwi employees. The problem in this article is focused on the productivity of PT Bumi Lingga Pertiwi employees. In order to approach this problem, Edy Sutrisno's theoretical reference regarding employee work productivity is used. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research and uses general data collection techniques in the form of interviews. The results of this research show that double jobs at PT Bumi Linga Pertiwi can cause employees to be stressed about their additional work and at PT Bumi Lingga Pertiwi there are findings regarding employees who do not comply with company regulations resulting in a lack of work discipline, especially during working hours where there are often employees leaving work which can affect productivity. It is recommended to give bonuses to employees who are being given additional tasks or double jobs and reactivate employee entry and exit permits so that employees do not easily leave work during working hours.
